Daily Rhythm
Infant and Toddlers' House (cohort of children born between December 2023 and May 2024)
The daily rhythm is set by the children in our care, and is unique to each child's needs. Our days will include:
periods of independent play with simple materials and attuned adults observing
periods of rest, set by carefully observing and following the sleepy and wakeful cues of each infant
attentive caregiving, with children and caregivers working together, joyfully
mindful eating: from one on one bottle feeding, in a cozy chair with an attuned carer; to a small toddler-size table for eating table foods together with peers and caregiver
Children's House (ages 2 years-5 years)

The specifics of our Daily Rhythm can change in response to the needs of the children. There is one thing that will always remain the same, with any group of children: our priority is to give the children as much time for uninterrupted free play as we possibly can.
We go outside for long chunks of time every day, with the specific time frame varying based on the children’s current interests and chosen activities. Some days we may be outside for all of our play time, and even meals or circle times as well. Other days, the children may be completely engrossed in something indoors, and we may have a bit less time outside. Both our indoor and outdoor play environments are designed to encourage deep engagement and learning through free play.
